Glass door key point—2 Anti-fog film and heating system

To give a large clear view, except for using Super Sapcer to keep no fog in the internal of IG unit (as mentioned ), the second key factor is to keep there is no fog on out surface of glass door. To achieve this, we use  superior quality anti-fog film, meanwhile heating the glass and door frame.

When operating, the temperature difference is quite big between cabinet inside and outside.

We keep glass door out surface clear throw heating the outer glass, keeping its temperature at about18°C~25°C, water in air will not condense on.

But for glass door inner surface  , this method waste energy and does not really work. Door’s inner surface is usually at same low temperature with cabinet working temperature, and when door opend, it facing an instant temperature differenc, an exellent anti-fog film will be an usful choice. We choose anti-fog PET Film from America which guarantee us an always clear view under all different conditions.
