1. the thickness of polyurethane insulation layer of supermarket freezer /chiller
It is directly influence the supermarket freezer insulation effect and power consumption, and now most of cases are with insulation layer thickness 40MM-50MM , We can only say that with this kind of insulation layer ,it is ok in a short period of time, but for a long time, it will cause more and more power consumption. As you know, Double the insulation =1/2 the heat leak into the case. To get the same refrigeration result, it will cost more electricity.
